Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your Phil Wickham merchandise; if you are not, we offer returns or exchanges on unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer, ensuring you include the packing slip provided in your portal download.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
